Machine Operator:
Hamilton Connections is partnering with a plastics manufacturer in East Longmeadow, MA to recruit local talent. These openings are long-term temporary with the ability to convert to permanent associate positions.
Our partner is seeking energetic and enthusiastic employees looking to start a career opportunity. Many leaders and current associates started as temporary associates through our agency.
Day shift, 6:45am – 7:15pm, $16.25/hr (3/4/3/4 schedule)
Night shift, 6:45pm – 7:15am, $17.00/hr (3/4/3/4 schedule)
Eligible for a bi-weekly attendance bonus! During peak production times, gift cards are issued for any overtime shifts worked.

Job Responsibilities:
- Machine operating/assisting
- Visual inspection
- Basic troubleshooting
- Hourly paperwork
- Other duties as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.25 - $17.00 per hour
