Position Type: Full-time (overtime and weekends may be occasionally required)

Hours: During Training 7am-3pm* - Regular shift 11:00am - 7:30pm*

We are seeking a Machine Operator to help produce our pre-rolls using our in house machine. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming, setting up, and operating a CNC machine, and will be responsible for maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records, and maintaining equipment and supplies. The CNC Operator must follow all OLCC mandates and state regulations related to cannabis activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup, adjust, and operate basic machine tools and specific or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations
  • Align and secure fixtures, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines
  • Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process
  • Study engineering information to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to fabricate products, and determine product dimensions and tolerances
  • Calculate dimensions and tolerances and ensure that machined parts conform to product specifications
  • Document actions by completing production and quality logs
  • Observe and listen to operating machines or equipment to accurately diagnose machine malfunctions and to determine the need for adjustments or repairs
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age and a US citizen/legal resident
  • Must have an OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit at the time of hire
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen at the time of hire and when requested
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • High school, college education, or training in vocational schools
  • Experience with programming
  • Proficient with technology,
  • Advanced math skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Capable of accurately performing fine motor skill and labor tasks on a regular basis

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
