Job Title: AR Technician
Department: HV/AR Coating
Reports To: AR Supervisor
Location: Lewisville, TX
Status: Full Time – Hourly
Job Classification: Non - Exempt

Work Hours: 12 Hour Shifts (Schedules and shift assignments may be subject to change based on business needs)

Crew 2 = 12:00PM to 6:00PM (Wednesday)
6:00AM to 6:00PM (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

SUMMARY
Prepares lenses for Anti-Reflective Coating. Coating and inspecting lenses.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Duties
1. Ensure lenses are clean of dust and debris
2. Inspection, sorting, washing, and prepping lenses for AR coating.
3. Setting up lenses into domes, setting domes into AR machine.
4. Machine maintenance, including cleaning and scrubbing of exterior machine parts. Cleaning and scrubbing inside of the machine.
5. Help routing work
6. Maintains workstation clean and organized
Secondary Duties
1. Be able to multi-task, as required by work flow or Lab Manager
2. Handling flammable/corrosive materials daily
3. Light record keeping on machine maintenance
4. Maintain cleanliness of the lab
5. Perform duties as requested by Lab Manager
6. Maintain the machine clean inside and out
7. Maintain workstation and work areas clean and organized
8. Prepping machine parts for maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS
Education

• High School Diploma or GED
