Machine Compression Operators

To be able to Setup, assemble & disassemble, and clean Tablet compressions machines like Eliza Press, Kikusui - Libra, Sejong, and Killian

Job Description:

• Clean the Manufacturing Room after the completion of the product run as per SOP.
• Able to troubleshoot tablet press for a run, including the start-up of batch and obtaining all tablet specifications as per instruction in the Production Batch Record.
• Make any machine adjustments necessary during the batch run as required.
• Document all setup and cleaning in the logbook and other pertinent paperwork.
• Perform all additional tasks relating to the operation of the manufacturing department as requested.
• Follow company policies, cGMPs, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Physical Work Activities and Exposure:

• Work is regularly performed inside a manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to dust, odor, noise, and fumes.
• The noise level is usually moderate.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Use hands to finger, handle, feel, or operate objects or controls.
• Walk short distances. Clean and/or disassemble the press after the completion of the tablet run.

Qualification:

• The ideal candidate should have 1 year of mandatory experience in similar equipment operation.
• The ideal candidate should have GMP experience in prior Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical experience.
• Should be able to read and write English.

Requirements

• 1, Mandatory 3 plus years of experience on operation of Granulation & V-Blender Equipment’s
• 2. Must speak English
• 3. High School or Equivalent Education
