Title: Customer Service Associate / Mail and Shipping
Job Type: Part time - Regular: 25 hours per week
Shift Hours: It could vary 11am to 6pm
Location: This is an on-site job located in Boca Raton, FL, this is NOT a remote job

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Driver License – Must be able to drive a cargo van, golf carts and Transit Van
• Experience in customer service required
• Computer experience preferred
• Experience working at a mail room a plus
• Must be able to deal with high volume shipments from all couriers

Key responsibilities may include:

• Operate mailing and shipping & receiving
• Operate mail equipment and golf carts
• Order supplies and update employee lists
• Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, to customers
• Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments
• Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
• Provide courier & messenger services
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
• Take direction from supervisor or site manager
• participate in cross-training
• Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned

The pay rate for this position starts at $13 per hour; however, base pay rate offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
