Richfield Living is accepting applications for an energetic, creative, and self- motivated Maintenance and Landscape Assistant. This position may travel to Roanoke, VA to assist as needed. This is a
FT/Non-Exempt role that reports to the Maintenance Manager.
The Maintenance and Landscape Assistant is an entry level position that will help and assist both the maintenance and landscaping teams as needed. Tasks will be varied based on the needs of our residents and facilities. Flexibility is key with this role.
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 4:30pm, evening and weekend hours are required. On call as needed.

Qualifications:
- Must exhibit Richfield Living Values – RISES at all times
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service
- Outstanding work ethic
- Basic Knowledge of hand tools. Experience with common household and outside lawn and garden tasks a plus.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with team members, residents and community members.
- Ability to work and act independently.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Approach each situation proactively and with a sense of urgency.
- Experience working with senior population(s) within a senior living community a plus!
