Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced maintenance and small works mechanical engineer to join our dedicated Planned Preventative Maintenance team on our contract for London Borough of Bexley and London Borough of Bromley

Duties will include all PPM, compliance and reactive maintenance on various sites throughout the boroughs of Bexley and Bromley.

Including HVAC servicing and remedial works (AHUs, FCUs, extraction, calorifiers and water heaters etc), general mechanical fault-finding, breakdown attendances & repairs, BMS interrogation and fault finding, small install works including Pipework, FCUs, Point of use water heaters etc.

Role may also include routine PPM duties at times - Emergency light testing, Tap temperature testing, visual inspections etc.

Your role will be to make sure the assets are maintained to a high standard and you will have the ability to respond to reactive repairs and carry out routine repairs.

Essential criteria:

· You will have demonstrable mechanical biased building services skills and previous experience in a similar role.

· Mechanical biased & qualified (Apprenticeship, NVQ, C&G etc)

· Experience using PDA for reporting, including use of CAFM systems

· Good communication skills

Desirable criteria:

· Experience with eletrical systems (MCCs, DBs etc)

· Gas qualifications (commercial or domestic)

· F-Gas certificate

· Multi-Skilled with willingness to turn your hand to all trades if needed.
