Job description
The Electro Prime Group, an established automotive parts supplier in the e-coating and powder coating sector is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Rossford plant. We have a current opening on our 3rd shift. Shift time 8pm-4:30am, with some overtime availability.
- The right candidates will be experienced in maintaining/repairing pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems/equipment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Repair and maintain plant equipment so it operates in a safe and efficient manner
- Respond to equipment breakdowns
- Possess a working knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing 110v, 220v and 440v volt electrical circuits
- Experience troubleshooting Relay logic, Motor Controls, AC/DC principles
- Ability to read electrical prints and schematics
- Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools (drill press, grinder, etc.) and measurement tools
- Ability to safely operate a forklift and a man-lift
- Perform and document Preventive Maintenance activities as defined by the Company
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:
- High School diploma, Trade School Certificate, or GED equivalent
- Two years industrial maintenance experience or training
- Strong electrical knowledge/experience a plus
