The Maintenance department is responsible for the maintenance of the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.

Minimum requirements include:

• One year of full-time experience as a maintenance technician.
• Knowledge of building maintenance techniques in a wide variety of crafts such as electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, carpentry, and painting.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, etc. as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturer’s operating and maintenance instructions.

This position will require the ability to be on call and to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to lift, pull, push a minimum of 50 lbs, and carry, stand, bend, squat, crawl, reach and kneel using good body mechanics for sustained periods of time.

This position will require passing pre-employment testing, including a background check and drug screening.
