The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:
JOB DESCRIPTION: Manager FX and Intercompany Lending
The incumbent in this position will analyze and administer the Company’s foreign exchange and intercompany lending programs.
Description of Responsibilities
- Regular analysis and reporting of corporate entity foreign exchange exposures, foreign exchange hedge positions, global intercompany loans and deposits, and bank counterparty risk exposures.
- Preparation of foreign exchange rates for accounting.
- Administration of intercompany loan facilities and documentation and management of finance company facility governance processes.
- Integration of new participant entities into Treasury Center programs. Control of access to Treasury Center systems.
Requires Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Requires knowledge and experience in finance and accounting typically obtained through education combined with experience.
- May have broad knowledge of project management.
- Strong experience in finance or accounting gained in a large corporate setting
- Strong organizational skills, capability and comfort with management of detailed information,
- Demonstrated focus on accurate and timely results, experience with use of financial systems,
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret financial data,
- Strong teamwork orientation and communication capabilities,
Desired Experience:
- Experience with Sarbanes Oxley control framework and segregation of duties
- CORE certification and ability to apply CORE concepts to processes.
Required Experience and Education
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
