Job Overview
The Resource Planning Manager 2 is responsible for the national Resource Planning team/department, which consists of Resource Planning Analyst and Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee real time management of service levels at call center locations
• Forecast long-term call volumes and staffing needs in order to maintain staffing levels with qualified personnel
• Oversee the creation of work schedules, analyze call volumes and patterns
• Report national performance for sites, teams, and individuals
• Manage NRP staff, career development, manage NRP department

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree quantitative discipline

Work Experience:

• 4-7 years Workforce management experience.
• Leadership experience.

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
