Full Job Description

Seek Outside is looking for a manufacturing floor helper. The manufacturing floor helper will be trained in many departments, including but not limited to: shipping, stove assembly, and seam sealing. Duties will change on a day-to-day basis, as directed by your team leads. We will offer ample training through each department.

Responsibilities can include

• Stove assembly and packaging
• General shipping
• Part manufacturing, crimping, wire cutting
• Seam Sealing – (seam sealing involves layering a protective coating over each seam of the tent, like painting)
• Receiving of parts / products
• Pole assembly and packaging

Skills and Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Basic reading skills
• Must be able to follow directions
• Basic computer navigation and utilization skills
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Ability to lift 50Ibs
• Experience in a manufacturing warehouse a plus but not required
• Punctual and reliable
