The Maids International (TMI) is looking for a marketing & communications manager to join the Marketing Team at our corporate headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska.

Position Summary and Responsibilities:

• Exercise independent discretion and judgment to develop, coordinate, and implement effective communications strategy and tactics around public relations, corporate communications, and marketing activities both at the national and local levels
• Write, proofread, and edit corporate communications, public relations, and marketing materials
  • Website copy, blogs, internal email newsletters, intranet articles, project briefs and plans, hosted event materials, etc.
• Provide communications and writing assistance to franchisees
• Monitor and respond to public reviews, using analytics and voice of the customer reporting tools
• Support the execution and monitoring of social media and marketing programs with national vendors
• Assist in executing public relations campaigns, both nationally and locally
• Develop, send, and monitor email marketing campaigns with national vendors
• Maintain and update content on Maids.com using content management platform
• Assist with internal webinar production
• Serve as the administrator for intranet platform
• Work with marketing vendors to maintain business listings and contact information
• Support data normalization projects
• Various duties and opportunities as assigned

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Possess well-rounded marketing and advertising expertise with the ability prioritize tasks to accomplish goals
• Have strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hold keen attention to detail and be driven by quality
• Be self-motivated and have the ability to self-manage
• Exhibit strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite skills a plus, familiarity with email marketing, website, and webinar management platforms
• Work well in a team environment with strong planning, organizing, analytical skills, and adaptability
• Be able to balance working a hybrid schedule at the corporate office in Omaha, NE and working remotely from home

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or related field from accredited college or university; or five+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus but not required.
