SUMMARY: The Marketing Assistant is responsible for marketing Hospice Savannah throughout its service areas and assists in the look and image for the organization. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree required or related marketing degree or certificate. Two years’ experience in sales/marketing or similar experience in a healthcare setting. Proven ability to work with a diverse group of people internally and externally is required. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently; detail oriented; and ability to work flexible hours. Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is needed; database management experience also required. Driver’s License, current Automobile Insurance and reliable transportation required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Position requires moderate visual concentration creating and proofing printed materials. Position carries a risk of exposure to infectious diseases requiring standard safety precautions while in patient care areas. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. utilizing proper lifting techniques.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This is a full time position. Flexibility to work from home or office.
