One of the largest & fastest-growing wealth management firms in DFW is looking for a Marketing Genius to join our elite team. We wish to remain anonymous until we contact you.

Your mission:

Track, account for, and help us get the absolute most out of our current leads from TV, Radio, and Live Events. Know how to work with SalesForce to develop a marketing strategy and implement it with our clients and prospects. Develop the vision and strategy, then lead the design and implementation of our overall marketing strategy. Produce exceptional and consistent results that allow us to thrive and grow year after year.

What you’ll be doing:

• Defining creative strategies and creating exceptional designs that help get our advisors in front of as many new prospects as possible.
• As the lead marketer designer, you will help strengthen and develop our brand.
• Lead our efforts in every aspect of our marketing: TV, radio, print, seminar, direct mail, email, digital, SEO, etc.
• You’ll oversee selecting outside vendors and partners to outsource various specialty tasks to.
• Collaborate with every department inside the company to create the best results.

What you should have:

• A love for marketing and several years of experience in a similar role.
• A solid grasp of how to work inside SalesForce.
• A palpable passion for creativity and thinking outside the box.
• A wide range of skills across many areas of marketing.
• A deep desire to continually improve—you are comfortable self-assigning projects to support all areas of our company.
• A strong proficiency as a marketer and an even stronger work ethic.
• Understanding how to scale from where we are to where we’re going.
• Demonstrated results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,192.87 - $82,762.43 per year
