Production Associates are assigned an entry-level, hands-on position on the shop floor; you may be responsible for packaging & banding material, weighing, load/unloading material from machines, staging material, and setting up machines for running . Worthington Steel is located at 4310 E. 49 th St., Cuyahoga Heights, OH.

Desired Experience

• Must be able to handle physical, repetitive work, possess strong hand-eye coordination and be able to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, full-mobility, good hand/eye coordination and dexterity required.
• Must be willing and able to work in high heat and cold conditions (seasonally changes).
• Mechanical aptitude a plus, but not required. Committed to a positive and safe working environment - able to follow all safety policies and procedures and follow Our Golden Rule of treating others how you want to be treated.
• Must be able to stay attentive and on-task.
• 0-6 months prior experience a plus, but not required.
• Ability to fulfill training requirements and ability to work at least 16 hours a week, min. 4 hrs./shift.

Full-time – Day Shift (7:00am to 3:00pm – M-F)
