Health Advantage is a free service for patients to gain tools above and beyond doctor visits, which will help them manage their health—such as reminders for appointments such as flu shots to mammograms and other screenings. The service focuses on wellness and prevention, ensuring that patients have access to quality health care while keeping them actively engaged with their care team and primary care doctor. A key feature of Health Advantage is MyHealthAdvantage, an easy-to-use, interactive online connection that can be accessed from any computer, 24 hours a day, seven days a week so that patients can schedule appointments, communicate with their care team, view test results and refill prescriptions.

As a Medical Assistant in our Health Advantage department, you will form part of the dedicated team of physicians and medical staff that provide caring, thorough health services to our patients and their families. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of patient care activities to clients of all ages. We are looking for someone detail-oriented and attentive, with strong communications and patient care skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.
