We are looking to hire an energetic, trustworthy, and self-motivated Front Office Manager to join our fast-paced physical therapy practice in San Jose, CA and Milpitas, CA.

The Billing Specialist will be responsible for the overall billing operations of our physical therapy practices. The focus will be overseeing all aspects of revenue cycle management, including but not limited to obtaining authorization, eligibility and verification checks, payment posting, generating and submitting claims and appeal letters, medical records review, and AR management. This position may include front office activities including scheduling appointments, daily patient flow, and day-to-day interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
