MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST - MLT
Full Time and Part Time Positions. Responsible for blood draws, routine lab test and instrument maintenance. Will be responsible for following the laboratory's procedures for proper specimen collection and processing, LIS registration and order entry, test performance, reporting results, and recognition of critical/life-threatening values. Performs and documents quality controls as required, performs calibrations, and troubleshoots as necessary. Requires a minimum of an associate degree in a laboratory science, or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution, or meet the standards outlined in CFR 493.1489 or 493.1491 if before Feb 28, 1992. ASCP preferred. MLTwillbeconsideredwithexperience. Strong communication skills a must. Rotating on call schedule.
