We are looking for an experienced Merchandising Consultant to work alongside the Fever Originals team, in executing our merchandising needs that form part of the launch of some our Original events.
Requirement :
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience
- Past experience with major entertainment/Worlwide IP companies
- US or European based
Responsibilities;
- Contact all Harry Potter's official dealers (WB's provided list)
- Search and contact new official dealers and traders not WB initially listed
- Define the Mix of products to be sold in the store according to:

- Fans' preferences
- Country local preferences
- Experience to be achieved associated with the characteristics of the event
- Flow and Layout
- Budget
- Benchmark /Sales statistics with other internal experiences
- Product availability, cost
- Purchase Order creation, according to the related product supplier and the country necessities
- Negotiation process: find the best price structure, purchase conditions and delivery process
- Packaging check or each product and basic sales restriction verification for each country
- Purchase follow up; direct contact with every supplier
- Timing, logistics, customs certification, product verification according to the PO
- Direct and daily coordination with every PM in the resolution of all related problems
- Various logistic problems; shipping and receiving processes of products
- Advice on storage space definitions, logistics and warehousing process
- Basic proposal of furniture design, layout, visual and decoration for the store; flow and sales protocols
- Definition of store's bags, quantities and purchase coordination
- Advice on materiality, design and technical aspects of new products for upcoming events
- Sales monitoring until the end of the show
- Document projected sales, proposed inventory quantities, selling price and margin
Food and Beverage (optional)
- Menu development of themed local & international culinary specialties for each locations
- Development of different themed proposals of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on local customs and worldwide best sellers
- Search for caterers and related companies to manage the F&B process
- Service, distribution and sales proposal
- Kitchen and bar production and distribution for each proposed specialty
- Required equipment
- Layout review for better A&B operation (each venue)
- Proposal for counter presentation, operation, restocking and sales during the event
- Direct contact and availability of immediate response with each PM in the selected countries.
- Operational issues
- Visual review of caterers' preparations. Cooking process and recipes verification
- Basic review of costing and selling prices
