Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in PA, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Analyst in our Murrysville or Harrisburg, PA facility. This position will work closely with the ERP Manager and the ERP team members.
Description:
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Analyst to join our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying custom solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform as well as providing support to the ERP environments. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain workflows, plugins, and custom Power BI dashboards
- Support, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Apply and test new application releases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure App Services
- Design, build, deploy and support custom solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other systems and platforms as required
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with REST API
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Azure App Services, automated testing, and version control
- Familiarity with database design, data modeling, data analytics/reporting, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience with agile development methodology
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies
