Henry Hill Oil Services is seeking a qualified Midstream/SWD Field Service Technician to supports its operations in North Dakota. The main goal of this position is to perform preventative maintenance checks and repairs on Henry Hill and customer sites to ensure all equipment is operating efficiently. Compensation based on years of experience and qualifications.

Essential Job Functions

· Manage onsite repairs and maintenance

· Perform inspection, repair, troubleshoot, overhaul, setting up, and maintaining equipment pumps, valves and basic control systems. Types of equipment include: Pumps: H-pumps, triplex, various transfer and charge pumps

· Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks

· Diagnose technical issues on various equipment

· Provide timely and accurate service reports

· Travel to local worksites to complete repairs on various types of equipment

· Disassemble machines and repair or replace broken parts as well as clean and lubricate parts.

· Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, gas and diesel equipment

· Performs service tasks as assigned by the general manager.

· Skill in the use of a variety of diagnostic testing and tuning equipment.

· Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions.

· Provide feedback to maintenance planning, scheduling, and supply chain to ensure continuous improvement with maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes and procedures.

· Working safely at all times and following required safety protocols

· Actively supports safety policy, goals, and objectives plus uses sound environmental practices.

Requirements

· High School diploma;

· Experience as a Mechanic preferred.

· This position requires sitting, stooping, kneeling, pushing, climbing, moving and reaching overhead and working overhead.

· Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work inside and outdoors in various climates, temperatures, and/or adverse conditions.

· This position is exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, electrical systems, hazardous materials, fumes, airborne particles and moderate noise levels. Appropriate PPE gear must be worn as required.

· Must have valid Driver's License and a clean MVR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
