Devansh Lab Werks is looking for a mobile phlebotomist (PRN) who is well experienced, professional, and caring towards patients. We offer competitive pay, determined by experience. While working as a collector, you will be swabbing patients for Covid-19 as well as collecting other samples for testing. You will also be working within the clinic for scheduling and making some calls to patients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administering nasopharyngeal swabs or oropharyngeal swabs for Respiratory Pathogen Panel testing (including testing for Covid-19).
• Appropriately discarding used needles, syringes, and other items used during venipuncture procedures.
• Appropriately storing blood samples in accordance with established guidelines and accurately labeling specimens.
• Maintaining accurate patient records, which includes detailing any medical issues experienced by patients during venipuncture procedures that may affect the accuracy of test results.
• Transporting collected samples to the laboratory for testing.

Experience Required:

• Completion of a postsecondary education phlebotomy program.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proven experience drawing blood samples.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Sound organizational skills.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.

Job Type: Part-time- hours vary

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required)
• Travel reimbursement provided.
• Phlebotomist will be mobile, traveling to multiple locations in a week.
