The Role

We are currently recruiting for the role of Module Directors Assistant for our T885 Team Engineering 22I and 23A residential schools. The residentials schools have been held remotely for the past two years due to the Pandemic, but will be returning to a face-to-face environment from January 2023.

T885 has two weekend residential schools (RS) per presentation; one that takes place at the start of the module and the other towards the end of the module. These will be held at the OU campus in Milton Keynes, with overnight accommodation locally in Kents Hill. All meals are included with transportation provided at key times between these locations.

The T885 residential schools typically consist of a cohort of 25 students and 5 tutors.

The rate of pay will be £162.12 per day.

The hours Module Directors Assistant would need to attend as follows:

  • Friday – 9:30 am – 9.30 pm
  • Saturday – 8.30 am – 9.30 pm
  • Sunday – 8.30 am –mid-afternoon (when the school has finished, and the equipment has been packed away)

The residential School dates are as follows:

22I (September presentation)

  • T885 RS2: 3 – 5 February 2023

23A (January presentation)

  • T885 23A (January) RS1: 20 – 22 January 2023
  • T885 20A RS2: 09 – 11 June 2023
