We are excited to announce our search for a full-time Integrations Development Manager / .Net manager position filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the Clientbusiness everyday by promoting sales and client retention through excellent customer service by supporting the research, design and development of integrations with our computer software systems.
Exercises independent judgement and discretion in overall project management by prioritizing, planning, and tracking project progress for integrations.
Consults with managers or other personnel to clarify intent, identify problems, suggest changes, and determine extent of development required for integrations.
Assigns duties and reviews work of software developers within the Integrations team.
Oversees the design, architecture, development, and modification of applications, including prototypes developed by the Integrations team.
Compiles documentation of integration development and subsequent revisions.
Ensures use of standards, best practices and guidelines that have been established are adhered to by team members.
Works with architecture group and software developers to analyze and implement new technologies and programming methodologies.
Assists in administration of personnel functions for Integration team members including recruiting, review of job descriptions, performance reviews, and selection and placement.
Counsels and mentors Integration team members.
The Attributes We Seek
Keys to success in this position include knowledge of development languages to produce applications such as .NET, .NET Core, T-SQL. Three (3) years of experience managing a software development team. B.S. in computer science, information systems or equivalent experience.
