This position offers a hybrid option, working from home and working from the AllCare Headquarters building in Grants Pass, Oregon. The applicant must live in Southern Oregon for this position.

Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the AllCare Health Networks by training providers and office staff on AllCare Health policy changes, processes, programs and initiatives. This is to align with State and Federal contract changes, deliverables, and regulatory requirements. This position is a single point of contact for a contracted facility, IPA, group, social service provider, or individual provider to address health plan benefit rules, claims payment issues, credentialing questions, or regulatory requirements by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties
1. Acts as a liaison between contracted entities and AllCare departments.
2. Assists medical groups and providers in understanding efficiencies, best practices and general questions.
3. Develops provider training tools for standard and alternative payment models using a range of communication
channels, including face to face individual or group meetings, in-clinic personal training, flyers and e-mail alerts.
4. Perform site visits as required by the State and Federal regulations.
Job Requirements:
- May require the use of personal vehicle for local travel (subject to mileage reimbursement).
- May require the use of a personal cell phone (cell phone stipend applicable).
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement methodologies.
- Experience conducting provider trainings and educational programs in the healthcare industry.
Certificates, Licenses and/or Registrations
- Valid Oregon Driver’s License and vehicle insurance
