This is an exciting role for Newly Qualified Band 5 Nurses to join an innovative 18-month NQN rotational programme supported by Health Education England (HEE), Joined Up Care Derbyshire (JUCD) and the University of Derby. Applications are open to both March 2023 and September 2023 qualifiers and Band 5 Nurses up to 18 months qualified.

The programme consists of three rotational workplaces, each for a duration of 6 months across the JUCD system. These pathways are available for Adult Nurses (RN) and RMN Registered Mental Health NQN.
You will attend leadership and development workshops over the 18 months in addition to completing the Derbyshire Community Health Services (DCHS) preceptorship programme .
You will play an important role in engaging with research studies led by the University of Derby throughout the 18 months.
You will be expected to remain on the programme for the full 18 months, after which you will be ensured a Band 5 role within JUCD.
