Salary: £10.01 up to £18.31 per hour.

Standard Overtime: Starting rate X 1.25

Post Shift Overtime: Starting rate X 1.5

On Call Overtime: Starting rate X 2

Chose to work extended shifts. 4x1 hours per week (Nights Pick Infill) 44 hours per week.

• Starting rate - £10.01 per hour

• Night shift premium (between the hours of 10pm and 6am) - plus £2.00 per hour

• Freezer premium for all hours worked - plus £1.30 per hour

• Days Sunday premium (between the hours of 6am and 10pm) - plus £2.50 per hour

• Nights Sunday premium (between the hours of 10pm and 6am) - plus £5.00 per hour

• Performance based incentives available when targets are met (on average £0.82 per hour)

  About the role

  Come and work in our, high tech warehouse in Hatfield! You don’t need to have any previous experience to join our friendly team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude and our award winning Training team will do the rest!

  We use innovative and state of the art technology to ensure our customer’s shopping is picked and packed in an extremely safe and clean, fast-paced, warehouse environment.

  We understand that you have life commitments outside of work, so we provide your roster up to 13 weeks in advance to make sure you can plan ahead. Don’t worry, we have a number of different shift times and plans so we will hopefully have something to suit you.

  At work

  Set yourself up for your shift with a full breakfast, or dinner, from £1, at our onsite subsidised Cafe. We also have a staff shop where you can buy everyday groceries for a fraction of the normal price, a big saving on your weekly shop! On your breaks, we have a chill out area where you can relax.

  Getting to work

  Situated just off the A1M at Gypsy Moth Avenue, Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9BD, We have an onsite car park. We also have a bike shed where you can lock your bike up on our secure grounds. Public transport is available for most nights shifts but only some day shifts due to the early starts.

  Don’t have a car? We are setting up a Lift Share scheme where we can look to match your shifts with someone who lives in your area so that you can travel together. This will be available from October 1st 2022!

  Pick and Pack: You’ll be picking and packing customer orders into shopping totes. A process that requires you to handle goods with care.
