I. Qualifications:
➢ Ability to stand and move around f or an extended period of time
➢ Punctuality, regular attendance, and dependability are required.
➢ Embrace a positive approach to behavior management and student discipline
➢ Able to make sound decisions that balance the need for consistency and accountability
with flexibility in order to maintain a positive and safe environment
➢ Must enjoy working with children from a wide range of developmental levels
➢ Self-motivated
➢ Able to organize safe recreational activities for students
➢ Effective communication skills and understanding confidentiality are essential
➢ Desire and willingness to embrace the Wisconsin weather during all
seasons
➢ Certified in First-Aid/CPR, or willing to acquire within 90 days of accepting the position.

III. Terms of Employment:
Hours: 11:00 a .m. -- 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (only days when c hildren are
present)

IV. Evaluation:
1. Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions and
policy established by the Board on evaluation of support staff personnel.
