Beyond Psychiatry Behavioral Health, a busy and reputable Psychiatric Practice in Houston is looking for a Full-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to work within a multidisciplinary team to provide Comprehensive Psychiatric Care: including Psychiatric evaluations, medication monitoring, supportive psychotherapy, and education for a diverse patient population.

If you are a new graduate or early-career Nurse Practitioner, we will give you as much guidance and mentoring as you need, including risk management and EMR training. We don't consider you an employee; we want you to be a colleague and a partner. All documentation and prescriptions are Electronic -EMR based.

Our full-time staff provides all administrative and support functions so that you can focus solely on patient care and good charting. Our office has home-like comfortable furnished rooms, computers, and high-speed internet access. Full-time office staff to schedule your appointments, take the phone calls, and deliver messages from the patient.

There is undoubtedly a growth potential, both professionally and financially, within the practice.

• ONE YEAR OF POST GRADUATION EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A PSYCHIATRIC PROVIDER IS A MUST.( Clinical rotation work or working in a psychiatric hospital as a Nurse will not be considered as experience)
• For Nurse Practitioners :Please do not apply if you do not have a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse practitioner Certificate or equivalent qualifications. At present we are NOT accepting Family Nurse Practitioner applications.
