Description
The Office Assistant represents the PT/OT Rehabilitation department in a courteous and efficient manner by answering and making necessary telephone calls, scheduling appointments and receiving patients. The Office Assistant is often the first person to communicate with the patient and must reflect the professionalism and caring nature of the practice in all interactions with the patient. This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee. He or she will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his or her supervisor.
This is a part time position. Monday - Friday 1pm-6pm
