We need a Candidate with Solid Office Experience and excellent Customer Service Skills.

- Candidate must speak fluent English, be professional, and be understood.
- We utilize Microsoft Office Products such as Excel and Word and therefore we need someone who is proficient in utilizing these programs.
- A Minimum of 2 years of Professional Office Experience is a requirement.
- An ideal candidate is someone very reliable and punctual.
We work in conjunction with hospitals, facilities, insurance companies, government agencies, and private homes providing Nurses, Home Health Aides, and Caregivers for the Elderly, Terminally Ill, and Special Needs.
We need someone who has good office experience, bilingual speaking preferred, excellent phone etiquette, internet research skills, quick learner, and is task oriented. Someone who has experience working as a Patient Care Coordinator, Scheduler, and CSR is very ideal for this position.
Shift Available: Office Assistant I: Monday - Friday 1pm - 5pm or 2pm-5pm.
Duties:
- Post ads on various job boards. Recruit Caregivers, Certified Nurse Aides, and Home Health Aides.
- Respond to Inquiries on Facebook Business Account.
- Email Management.
- Make follow-up calls and send emails to inquiries.
- Staff shifts and take client inquiries.
- Complete and submit reports to General Manager and Case Manager.
- Manage Mailing List.
- Make survey calls to existing clients for quality assurance.
- Contact Facilities, Hospitals, or Health Care Professionals to introduce our industry and offer our services.
- Data Entry, General Office Duties, creating spreadsheets, and sending follow-up emails.
- Projects assigned by General Manager or Case Manager.
Requirements:
- Good communication and writing skills. Understandable English.
- Someone comfortable communicating with people over the phone.
- Friendly, warm, and happy disposition.
- Problem solver and self-starter.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Assistant Office Support Scheduler or Intake/Patient Coordinator.
- Good computer skills - proficient in Word and Excel.
- Strong people skills.
- Covid Vaccinated.
