Job Description
Manages the daily operations of the Mathematics and Statistics Department office in support of the goals of the Department. Works effectively with Department chair, faculty, staff and students to complete assigned tasks, and to ensure efficient operation of the department. Provide administrative support to the chair and provide supervision to student workers in the departmental office and offices in ECSB and Math Department offices in Visual Arts Building. Coordinate regularly scheduled and special departmental events.

Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.Ability to interact effectively and professionally with diverse clientele.Demonstrate the ability to work corporately and in a team environment to achieve departmental goals.Working knowledge of and skill in using enterprise software systems such as Banner, LeoOnline (or similar systems) and virtual meeting software.
