Job description

We are seeking an Apartment Community Manager to become a part of our growing team! You will help plan and facilitate all community activities and transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all property operations
• Attract and educate new tenants
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Supervise and train property staff
• Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Min 2 years of previous experience in property management
• Low-income housing tax credit experience
• Knowledge of YARDI Voyager
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or GED required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
