Job description: To properly identify, locate, and mark underground facilities for safe excavation.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to understand One Call procedures and methods for locating underground facilities.
• The technician must be able to operate line locating equipment.
• Technician must be able to read As-Built drawing, straight line drawing, and other tools to better understand the areas to be located.
• Computer skills a plus but not necessary we will train.
• Must be available to work a forty hour work week and/or possible overtime.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, locate, and mark underground facilities for safe excavation.
• Timely reporting of One Call end results through Irth Net.
• Possible stand-by after marking.
• Communicate with clients and contractors.
• Inter office communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
