Job description

• One to one support: Mornings 2/3 hours, six days a week (Sunday-Friday) & Evenings 2/3 hours, six days a week (Sunday-Friday)
• Work exclusively with one resident and directly coach this resident through daily activities and life skills.
• ● Help monitor the residents' schedule and accompany and transport when necessary.
• ● Assist residents with establishing morning routines, meal prep, personal hygiene and evening routine.
• ● Assist in the maintenance of the resident’s apartment.
• ● Help implement the resident’s behavioral plan.
• ● Work with the SHP clinical team in helping the resident achieve clinical goals.
• ● Complete all required documentation regarding the resident.
• ● Perform any other program or agency-related duties or special projects as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree or 60 college credits preferred.
• Ability to work one on one with extremely difficult/complex residents.
• Clear written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
