About the Role:
Support the analytical efforts of the operational units with capacity plans, forecasting, metrics, reporting and benchmarks. Create a framework of analytics and the appropriate metrics to assist management in making effective and informed business decisions.
What You Will Do:
- Work with Operations management to provide data support and quantification
- Create broad analytics for the departments supported
- Learn key drives and volumes streams to forecast volumes for business units
- Analyze outcomes of the systems supported
- Create SQL queries to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, ensure data quality and identify emerging trends
- Solve complex data issues both independently and collaboratively
- Create reports for management, operational committee's and board
- Generate ad hoc reports by crafting custom queries against the data repository
- Design and create with SQL or Excel reporting, capacity plans and implement process changes.
- Work with end users to validate and implement reports
- Host monthly capacity plan meetings to review performance and explain variances to forecast
- Assist in reconciling of forecast to budget
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Up to 2+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
- Attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self Sufficient and well organized
