• Oversee operations of Uline’s Nevada branch, including the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT and Facilities departments.

• Supervise branch departments to consistently ensure impeccable customer service.

• Ensure the 900,000+ square-foot distribution center grounds always exceed company standards.

• Support recruitment and retention of top-tier talent and assist with employee relations.

• Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in operations or general management.

• Warehouse, call center and / or sales experience a plus.

• Limited overnight travel.
