GENERAL FUNCTION:

As an optician, your primary responsibility is to draw in and maintain clients by providing an outstanding experience that encompasses client engagement and styling, insurance benefit assessment, product knowledge, and encouraging clients to step beyond their comfort zone.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include:

• Educating clients on suitable lenses and advanced technologies to improve their satisfaction.
• Assisting clients in selecting frames from a diverse range of brands.
• Guiding patients on how to maximize their insurance benefits and take advantage of promotions.
• Handling insurance claim filings.
• Contributing to effective store merchandising and familiarizing yourself with our extensive frame collection, which includes renowned brands such as Prada, Gucci, Versace, Valentino, Tom Ford, and Tiffany, among others.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Proficient in initiating client conversations to identify requirements and fulfill their expectations.
• Strong technological capabilities and adept at navigating various software platforms.
• Demonstrated success in a customer service-oriented environment.

EDUCATION:
