Previous handyman experience is an asset, but not required - basic construction skills are necessary. This is a great opportunity to develop alongside a fast growing company. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with home owners to provide exceptional customer service
- Completing various painting, staining and drywall repair work
- Planning and managing the job site
- Organizing and managing materials and equipment for the jobs
- Invoicing and payment completion for every job
- Cleaning the interior and exterior of the company vehicle
- Assisting in marketing and sales on and around the job sites
- Representing House Doctors in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 to 10+ years of painting and drywall field experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry
- Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
- Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
- A strong work ethic and highly dependable
- Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
- Driver's license is required
