Position Purpose

Confirming external and internal purchases for High Country Beverage’s Western Slope location and Crown Distributors location. Assisting Accounts Payable Specialists and Financial Lead.

Essential Functions:

• Attendance
• Remain Compliant with drug and alcohol policies
• Maintain work productivity over differing conditions
• Adhere to all state and company policies and procedures
• Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Confirm purchases for Crown Distributors
• Confirm purchases for Western Slope
• Confirm internal transfer for HCB & CDK
• File claims for any needed purchases.
• Upload invoices and move them to appropriate folders & SageAP
• Match invoices to purchases order in SageAP
• Assist with Billbacks
• Set up new Vendors
• Help cover Accounts Payable when out.
• Assist Accounts Payables as needed.
• Assist with special projects when needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
