Havelock Manor is a 25 bed Assisted Living Facility in Beautiful Historic Havelock, right next door to the senior center. We provide care for seniors who need some help with the activities of daily living yet want to remain as independent as possible. We also offer respite and hospice care. We pride ourselves in providing a home-like atmosphere with personalized care.

Our Part Time Activities Coordinator will have the opportunity to:

Work every Wednesday and Thursday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

and every other weekend

Work TWO 9 hour shifts every other weekend. from 8 am to 5:30 pm

Plan and implement activities that support the residents’ quality of life, address their social, physical, spiritual, and mental health, and meet state requirements.

Plan and supervise age-appropriate outings for residents.

Act as a role model to staff and residents by building meaningful relationships.

Assist in meal preparation, including operating some kitchen equipment and following simple recipes.

Notify family members of personal supply needs of residents.

Part Time Activities Coordinator Position Requirements:

Ability to display enthusiasm and a positive attitude in promoting activities, and in enlisting the support of other staff members.

A passion for enriching the lives of others.

Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Possess a valid driver’s license.

Willingness to work all scheduled shifts.

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Ability to play a musical instrument a plus!

Pay Rate: $14-$16.50 per hour, based on experience. Weekend shifts will be paid an additional $1 per hour shift differential.

Signing Bonus: New hires with good attendance and job performance will receive a $250 sign on bonus after 90 days and a $500 bonus after 9 months.
