Do you enjoy fixing things and working independently? If so, this is the job for you! We are seeking energetic and self-driven individuals who can troubleshoot while working independently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• This position will work at our facilities in Westhampton Beach, Southampton, and Oakdale. Mileage reimbursement included.

• Facility Management and general understanding of all mechanical systems

• Assist in security contracts for all outside vendor work
• Performs general cleaning of inside and outside of property

General Maintenance including:

• Electrical – ballasts, interior and exterior lighting
• Painting
• Plumbing - minor toilet or sink repairs
• Doors – replace hasps, preventative maintenance, repairing gates, cutting locks

• Storage Units – caulking, sealants, drywall, minor framing, hanging doors

• Other duties as assigned
