Hopewell Health Centers is a nationally accredited federally qualified health and community mental health center with 23 sites across TEN counties throughout Southeastern Ohio (Athens, Franklin, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton, and Washington). We are currently seeking a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our partial hospitalization team (REACH).

As the LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), you will provide and coordinate supportive treatment/nursing services to children in a youth partial hospitalization program. Will be required to screen/assess patients and do medical intakes. Documentation in the ECW system is required. Must coordinate care with other providers and services. Will be required to work as a team with other staff as well as providers. Must be able to work with psychiatric clients and their needs.

** Please note this is a floating position and does require regular travel to our Nelsonville, Vincent/Barlow, and Cheshire locations. **

This is a PART-TIME position working 0-19 hours per week.

What do we look for in our LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)??

• Eligible to work in the United Stated
• Completion of post-secondary education nursing coursework as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Position requires current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR),
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be willing to travel between Nelsonville, Vincent/Barlow, and Cheshire locations

Starting pay is $19/hour
