Van Horn Automotive Group in Sheboygan has an outstanding opportunity for a Part Time Shuttle Driver!
You will interact and be part of delivering outstanding customer service to our guests while transporting their vehicles to and from the dealership. This position is customer facing and will interact with staff and customers of the dealership daily.
Job duties:
You will interact and be part of delivering outstanding customer service to our guests while transporting their vehicles to and from the dealership. This position is customer facing and will interact with staff and customers of the dealership daily.
Job duties:
- Transport customer vehicles to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner
- Shuttle customers as needed
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles from Van Horn locations
- Keep a timely route and communicate if issues arise
- Keep record of trips and monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance and fuel
- Run errands for the dealership as directed
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times
- Work closely with the Service Advisors to assist their customers
- Employ good judgement, safe driving skills, and abide by all traffic regulations
- Other duties as needed
Job Requirements:
- Experience in customer service
- Smart phone required for the position
- Valid driver’s license is a MUST
- Ability to drive manual vehicle is a plus
- Positive Attitude
- Business casual attire required
Hours:
- Business hours as scheduled by manager
- Fill in when others are off
