Part-Time Student Recruitment Manager

EonSTEM Academy, a startup company specializing in online robotics coding education for K-12 students, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Recruitment Manager (part-time) to join our team. The Student Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the overall sales operations of the company, including marketing and student recruitment, follow-up with interested students and parents, and organizing outreach events.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase enrollment in EonSTEM Academy
• Follow up with interested students and parents to answer questions and provide additional information about the program
• Organize and coordinate outreach events to promote EonSTEM Academy
• Manage the day-to-day sales operations of the company, ensuring high-quality service delivery to students and parents
• Collaborate with the instruction team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and program offerings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and creatively to solve problems
• Self-motivated with strong leadership skills
• Knowledge and experience in online education is desired but not mandatory

Work Schedule:

• Part-time, ~20 hours per week
• Flexible schedule (some evenings and weekends preferred)

Location:

• EonSTEM Academy Headquarters, Bloomfield Hills, MI or our RSR Lab (2800 Centerpoint Pkwy, Pontiac, MI)
