Parts Counterperson:

Job Description:

• Assisting our customers (internal/external) in selecting needed parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant, professional and timely manner
• Provide price quotes and any other information as requested by the customer.
• Pull/fill orders from stock as well as helping with shipping, receiving and running parts as needed.
• Provide a high level of service to all our customers.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior auto parts sales experience, preferred but not required.
• Must have ability to professionally and effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.
• Must have strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Must be proficient with computers.
• Must have a valid driver license.
