Trust Restaurant Group is hiring a Pastry Sous Chef! Work closely with Executive Pastry Chef Jeremy Harville to grow our pastry department.
We make desserts, ice creams, and breads currently for all locations, including : Trust Restaurant, Fort Oak, Cardellino, The Wise Ox (North Park & Carlsbad), Mr.Trustee Creamery and Rare Society (University Heights & Solana Beach) There will be potential for opportunities in different markets as TRG continues to grow out of state!
Our current baking department is located in Mission Hills, inside of Cardellino. Offering Full time lead position to help grow our team.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has a few years working in high-volume culinary environments.
- Has open availability and willing to work weekends.
- Can adhere to recipes, safety practices, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Help postively lead, train and grow our department to its fullest potential.
- Must have at least 2 years industry management experience.
- Have an attention to detail, speed, efficiency, passion, and focus.
