• Greet Patients
• Answer Phones
• Schedule Patient Appointments (utilizing a web-based EMR system - WebPT)
• Call Doctors' Offices
• Call Insurance Companies
• Perform General Office Duties
• Submit & follow-up on Authorizations
• Medical Records
• Excellent Customer Service skills

These positions require energetic, reliable candidates with strong communication and organizational skills. Must also have the ability to stay calm under pressure and be comfortable at multi-tasking while maintaining a high level of attention to customer service.

* Experience with WebPT EMR & Bi-Lingual a Plus *
