We are hiring a patient experience coordinator to join our specialty practice.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone passionate about patient care, who can exhibit warmth and compassion to our patients. The person hired for this position will be expected to ensure that patients are welcomed in an excellent and professional manner and that all reception areas operate at a high quality of service.

The front desk team works closely with the clinical team so being a team player is an absolute must. The ideal candidate is a leader, self-motivated, and a talented multitasker.

3+ years of customer service and / or high end sales experience is preferred. Dental or medical experience is not necessary.

We are a fully digital practice and use Apple/MacOS based (iMac, iPad and iPhones). Experience using Google Suite is a must.

Job duties will include:

• Overseeing front desk operations
• Work closely with clinical team to manage patient schedule
• Answering phones and email inquiries
• Scheduling patients
• Greeting, registering and checking out patients
• Managing new patient leads
• Create payment plans with patients when needed
• Marketing across various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc
• Communicate with other healthcare practitioners and businesses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
